We dont want to lose you!
We will do what ever we can to keep your service with us, but if you want to leave EFH Broadband and move your ADSL to another provider we won't stop you.
You can currently request your MAC via the following methods.
- Telephone us on: 0844 99 100 11
- Fax us on: 0870 011 7837
- Access your account portal via: signup.efhbroadband.net
You will need to provide the phone number linked to your ADSL account, a contact email address we can send the MAC to, and details on why you want to leave. We only ask in case there is something we can change to make you want to stay with us.
If you use your account portal and do not know your username and password, you can select 'Forgotten your password?' to request them.
Although we will not delay in providing you your MAC if requested, any debt associated to your account will still be due to us. We will contact you in regard to any debt that exists.
