Migrating to EFH Broadband

If you have broadband with an existing supplier, you can migrate to our service free of charge!
When you migrate to us, you can choose whichever package you prefer. At the same time as being migrated over to EFH, your line will also be regraded to the speed you choose - free of charge!
You will need a MAC code from your current supplier - without a valid MAC code, migration orders cannot progress.
Migrations take around 3-7 days, so you should make sure your current supplier will continue to provide service during this period. Once the migration is complete, you must inform your original supplier and ensure they are no longer billing you.
We can also accept migrations for DataStream users. When you are migrated to us the service will be changed to IPStream at the same time.
